Data Deletion Instructions

If you commented a keyword on our Instagram or Facebook posts and received an automated message from us, you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to contact@gangahospitals.in with the subject "Data deletion request", or send us a direct message on Instagram or Facebook saying "Delete my data".
2. Include your Instagram or Facebook username so we can find your records.
3. We will delete your records and confirm to you within 30 days.

What we delete

Your user ID, username, comment text, the keyword you used and the message history of our automated guide messages. We do not hold your medical records through this service.

Remove the app yourself

On Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → find the app and remove it. On Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove the app. This stops further messages.
